Database package RFP conditional award

Hi,

I am pleased to report that the Statewide Database Package of Online Resources RFP has completed the evaluation process and a vendor has been conditionally awarded the contract by Maine State Procurement. EBSCO will be the new provider of our statewide package beginning in FY25. The initial contract will be for a period of 2 years, with 2 - two-year renewal options. The conditionally approved bid package will be available on the State Procurement RFP web site shortly. There is a mandatory 15 calendar day appeal period window, during which MSL can start negotiating a contract with EBSCO. We
